国际投资协议与外资流动
摘要
在过去二十年里，外国直接投资（FDI）有了长足的发展，这归功于在信息和通信技术进步与企业竞争激烈化下，FDI自由化规制框架的广泛传播。大多数国家对外商投资采取开放政策，努力改善外国子公司的经营条件和提高它们的待遇和保护标准。事实上，几乎所有国家现在都积极鼓励FDI，因为FDI能带来资本、技术、技能、就业以及市场准入。
