抗衰片质量标准的研究

Studies on quality standard of Kangshuai tablets

目的：抗衰片系由红参、白术和甘草等中药组成，为控制产品质量而进行质量标准的研究。方法：采用薄层色谱法对白术和甘草分别进行鉴别，并用薄层色谱扫描法对所含红参中的人参皂苷Ｒｇ１进行含量测定。结果：实验结果表明方法简便，专属性与重现性良好。

OBJECTIVE:To estabolish a quality standard of Kangshuai tablets(preperation of Chinese tradional medeine for controlling the quality of this reparation.METHODS:The TLC method was used to identifv Baizhu and Gancao and TLCS was used to determine ginsenoside R g1 in the preparation.RESULTS:The results showed that these methods are simple,specific and reproducible.CONCLUSION:This method can be used to control the quality of Kangshuai tablets.
