左氟沙星治疗肠道感染43例疗效

The effectiveness of levofloxacin in the treatment of enteric pathogenic bacteria

目的:为观察国产左氟沙星(LVLX)治疗肠道细菌感染的疗效、细菌学效果和安全性.方法:以进口同类药可乐必妥片为对照,进行随机对照疗效观察,并治疗肠道细菌感染94例.两组均为每次0.2～0.4g,1～2次/d po,疗程3～7d.结果:观察组与对照组治愈率均为100%,细菌清除率均为100%,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05).观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为4.35%和1.85%.也无统计学差异.结论:国产左氟沙星治疗肠道细菌感染安全有效.

AIM : To evaluate the clinical and bacterial effectiveness and safety of levofloxacin (LVLX) made in China in the treatment of enteric pathogenic bacteria. METHODS : A randomized controlled clinical trial of levofloxacin versus cravt made in Japan was studied. A total of 94 patients were included, Among them,LVLX grouph has 43 cases and cravt group has 51 cases. levofloxacin or cravt 0. 2~0. 4g,once or twice daily for 3~7. RESULTS ; The cure rate and the eradication rate of both groups were 100%. The incidences of adverse effects with levofloxacin and cravt were 4.35% and 1. 85% respectively. There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0. 05). CONCLUTION:Levofloxacin made in China are effective and safe.
