恶性肿瘤患者弓形虫抗体IgM和循环抗原的检测

Measurement of Serum Toxoplasmatic Antibody IgM and Circulating Antigen in Patients with Carcinoma

为了探讨恶性肿瘤与弓形虫感染的关系，本文采用２种ＥＬＳＩＡ法检测弓形虫抗体ＩｇＭ和循环抗原（ＣＡｇ）。共检测恶性肿瘤患者血清１２６份，健康人血清３４份。结果表明，恶性肿瘤患者弓形虫抗体ＩｇＭ和循环抗原的阳性率分别为１９０４％（２４／１２６）和１５８７％（２０／１２６）；健康人弓形虫抗体ＩｇＭ和循环抗原阳性率均为２９４％（１／３４）。由此证明，恶性肿瘤患者伴发弓形虫感染与对照组有显著性差异。

In order to study the relationship between toxoplasma infection and carcinoma,two kinds of ELISA method were used to examine serum toxoplasmatic antibody IgM and circulating antigen(CAg) in 126 patients with carcinoma.The results showed that the positive rates of IgM and CAg in carcinoma patients were respectively 19.04%(24/126),15.87%(20/126);in healthy men were all 2.94%,there was apparent difference between carcinoma patients and healthy men.Thus,we propose that serum toxoplasmatic antibody and circulating antigen should be examined in carcinoma patients.
