血液透析患者细胞因子变化及茶色素的免疫调节作用

Effect of Tea Pigment on Cytokine in Hemodialysis Patients

应用ＥＳＩＳＡ方法和白细胞介素６（ＩＬ６）依赖细胞株的ＭＴＴ法对血液透析患者血清ＩＬ８、ｓＩＬ２Ｒ和ＩＬ６水平进行检测，同时观察用中药茶色素治疗前、后上述指标的变化。结果证实，血液透析患者ＩＬ８水平增高（Ｐ＜００５）、ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平显著高于正常人（Ｐ＜０００１），而ＩＬ６与正常人比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５）。用茶色素治疗后，ＩＬ８和ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平下降，且ＩＬ８接近正常人水平。这说明血液透析患者存在免疫功能低下。

The serum levels of IL 8、sIL-2R and IL 6 in patients undergoing hemodialysis were measured by ELISA and assay of MTT in IL 6 dependent cell strain before and after the treatment with Chinese drug tea pigment(TP).The results showed that IL 8 level was high,sIL 2R level was remarkedly higher than those in controls before the treatment.After treatment with TP,levelsof IL 8 and sIL 2R decreased and IL 8 level could be restored to normal.These indicated not only the presence of cellular immunologic deficiency in hemodialysis patients,but also the immunoregulation action with TP.
