摘要
本文对５２对反复流产夫妇进行染色体检测，结果发现异常核型７例，其中平衡易位６例，说明平衡易位是反复流产的主要原因。提示对不明原因的先兆流产不要盲目保胎。
We investigated chromosomes of 52 couples suffering from recurrent abortion and found that seven cases had abnormal karyrotype in which six cares had balanced translocation,which illnstrated that the main cause for recurrent abortion was balanced translocation.The results indicated that it was unnecessary to preserve fetus blindly for abortion without definite causes.Natural abortion was an important clinical index to find out carriers of chromosome balanced translocation.
