华东、东北地区疫霉种的分布及交配型 被引量:8

摘要 1984~1988年采集了华东、东北的20种植物疫病标本,共获得85个疫霉菌株,11个疫霉种。樟疫霉、掘氏疫霉、隐地疫霉、棕榈疫霉、苎麻疫霉、簇囊疫霉。蜜色疫霉等7种分布在华东地区;辣椒疫霉、恶疫霉分布在东北地区;烟草疫霉。柑桔褐腐疫霉在华东和东北均有分布。分离到的17个樟疫霉菌株,有11个属 A_2交配型,在南京地区占绝对优势。分离到的26个烟草疫霉菌株,A_1交配型11个,A_2交配型15个,属均等优势,但 A_2交配型主要分布在南京、上海,A_1交配型主要分布在大连。研究表明,存在多种疫霉菌侵染同一种寄主植物引起相似症状的复杂性,研究中应予注意。 A total of 85 Phytophthora isolates were obtained from 20 host plants in East andNortheast China from 1984~1988.Those isolates were classified into 11 Phytophthoraspecies,of which,Phytophthora cinnamomi,P.drechsleri,P.cryptogea,P.palmivora,P.boehmeriae,P.botryosa and P.meadii were distributed in East China;P.capsici and P.cactorum in Northeast China;P.nicotianae and P.citrophthora in the both areas.P.botryosa,P.cryptogea and P.meadii were the new records in China.P.citrophthora was firstreported in East and Northeast China.Among 17 P.cinnamomi isolates obtained,11 isolateswere A_2 mating type,which was prevailing in Nanjing areas.11 of 26 P.nicotianae isolateswere A_1 mating type and the other 15 isolates were A_2 mating type,which showed that bothmating types of P.nicotianae were prevalence.However,A_2 mating type of P.nicotianae wasprimarily distributed in Shanghai and Nanjing,and A_1 mating type in Dalian.Results alsoshowed that a host plant infected by several different Phytophthora species might develop sim-ilar symptoms on plants they infected.
