T型接头管座角焊缝超声检测方法研究

本文提出了T型接头管座角焊缝的超声检测方法,通过设计专用超声波检测探头,研制了对比试块和模拟试块,并在超声检测中国内首次应用超声仿真技术,该方法可有效解决T型接头管座角焊缝的超声检测问题。工程应用表明,该方法有很好适用性。

This paper presents a testing method for T -joint fillet weld of tube - seat. Through designing of the special ultrasonic testing probes and developing some reference blocks with artificial defects and nature defects, which were inspected by the special probes, the method can be an effective solution on problems of T-joint fillet weld of tube - seat by using the ultrasonic testing. Also, the ultrasonic testing simulation technique was used in the research. The results on the actual engineering show its good applicability.
