陈旧性外伤歪鼻畸形术式选择的探讨(附97例分析)

SELECTION OF OPERATION METHODS FOR OUTMODED NASAL INJURED DEFORMATION

目的：探讨陈旧性外伤歪鼻畸形矫治的最佳治疗方案。方法：总结９７例陈旧性外伤歪鼻畸形矫治经验。对歪鼻畸形进行筛选、分类，采用５种不同手术方法治疗，并研讨手术适应指征，重点介绍锤击法和鼻内闭合法在临床组合应用中的优越性。结果：歪鼻治愈８６例，有效４例，无效７例，总有效率达９３％。

Objective:To explore the best treatment plan for outmoded traumatic deflected nasal deformation.Methods:Orthopedic experience of outmoded traumatic deflected nasal deformation in 97 cases was reviewed.Screening and classification were used in these cases and five methods were applied.Then the indications of operation were discussed.It was emphasized that the beaten method and intranasal closed reduction had advantages in clinical application of the combined methods. Results: Of all the patients 86 cases were cured,4 cases improved,and 7 cases were ineffective; the overall effective rate was 93%. Conclusion:Appropriate selection and combination of various operation methods have important clinical significance for corrected outmoded traumatic deflected nasal deformation.
