超声氧化联合处理油墨废水试验研究 被引量:9

Experimental research on treatment of ink wastewater by combination technology of ultrasonic irradiation and Fenton oxidation

摘要 采用超声与Fenton试剂氧化组合技术处理油墨废水,考察pH值、Fe2+与H2O2浓度比、H2O2浓度、超声频率以及功率对处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,对于进水CODCr浓度为810mg/L,色度为160的油墨废水,在最佳操作条件下,反应240min后,US-Fenton法CODCr去除率达81.4%,色度去除率达到100%,与单独Fenton试剂氧化法相比,分别提高16.0%和5.5%左右。US-Fenton试剂耦合的方法对油墨废水的降解效果优于两者的简单叠加,但随着反应时间的延长,协同效应逐渐减小。 The combined technology based on ultrasonic and Fenton oxidation was used to treat the organic pollutants in ink wastewater. The influencing factors of Fenton oxidation and ultrasonic irradiation on the degradation of the organic pollutants, such as pH value, n(FeZ+)/n(H202), H202 concentration, ultrasound frequency and power were studied. The results show that compared with single Fenton oxidation technology, the combined technology based on ultrasonic irradiation and Fenton oxidation can highly improve the removal rate of CODcr and color on the optimal conditions. The removal rate of the inlet ink wastewater from 810 mg/L of p(CODcr) and 160 degree color reach 81.38% and 100.00%, which are 16.0% and 5.5% higher than that by technology of the Fenton oxidation, respectively. The combined technology based on ultrasonic and Fenton oxidation has obvious synergetic effect, which decreases with the time.
