冷冻肿瘤细胞膜抗原在膀胱肿瘤中的研究与应用

Freezing tumor cell membrane antigen in bladder carcinoma patients

采用冷冻肿瘤细胞膜抗原接种预防膀胱肿瘤复发和转移。膀胱肿瘤患者２５例随机分为接种自体瘤苗组与非接种组，接种组ＮＫ活性、ＣＤ２、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８接种后明显升高，达正常水平；ＩＬ２、ＳＩＬ２Ｒ亦明显升高；随访３～１６个月，未接种组２例复发，其中１例死亡。结果提示：冷冻肿瘤细胞膜具有明显的抗原性，能显著激活相关的Ｔ淋巴细胞。

25 cases of bladder tumor patients were randomized into 2 groups.In the inoculation group,NK,CD 2,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 increased after inoculation ( P <0.05),reaching the level of normal control group.IL 2,SIL 2R also increased significantly.During the 3～16 month's follow up,there were neither relapse nor mortality in the inoculation group while 2 cases relapsed and one of the two died in the noninculation group.These finding suggested that the freezing tumor celluler memebranes had obvious antigenicity and could stimulate relasted T lymphocytes remarkablely.The freezing tumor celluar membrane antigen may be used as a new type of tumor vaccine.
