摘要 我们对一组不明原因原发性男性不育症精子进行超微结构观察及分析,为临床上不育症患者精子生育能力的评价和超微结构诊断,提供形态学依据。资料与方法14例久治无效的不育症患者,年龄27~40岁。精液常规分析无异常,无特殊既往病史,无化学试剂长期接触史,配偶妇...
