甘露糖结合凝集素研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 甘露糖结合凝集素(mannose—binding lectin,MBL)是一种由肝脏合成的C型凝集素。MBL通过结合病原微生物表面的甘露糖等糖基配体而直接介导巨噬细胞调理吞噬作用和/或通过凝集素途径激活补体,在机体的天然免疫防御中发挥重要作用。
