摘要
目的了解秦皇岛市水体环境中军团菌的污染现状,为控制军团菌病的爆发流行建立预防预警机制提供依据。方法对秦皇岛市部分水源地以及高层建筑物的中央空调循环水系统、二次供水及管网水采取随机方式抽取500ml,根据ISO11731:1998(E)等标准,采用3种方法处理样品,利用生长培养基BCYE和选择性培养基GVPC进行军团菌的分离培养,采用胶乳凝集试验进行军团菌的鉴定分析。结果共采集水样117份,检出军团菌26份,检出率为22.22%,其中冷却水的检出率最高,为55.56%。结论秦皇岛市中央空调冷却循环水系统军团菌污染严重,要密切监测其动态变化,建立预防预警机制。
Objective To survey the status of prevalence and contaminations of Legionella in aqueous environment of Qinhuangdao City and establish a preventive and premonitory mechanism for controlling outbreak of Legionaires disease. Methods There 500ml of water samples were randomly collected from part of water sources,cooling water circulation systems of central air-conditioner in skyscrapers, secondary level water supplies, and municipal tap water. After treatment with 3 different methods,the water samples were subcultured for Legionella by GVPC and BCYE media (based on ISOl1731: 1998(E)). The identifications and characterization of Legionella were conducted by gel agglutination test. Results A total of 117 water samples were collected. Among them, 26 samples were positive for Legionella,with the highest positive rate of 55.56% for cooling tower water. Conclusions The cooling water circulation systems of central air-conditioner in skyscrapers of Qinhuangdao are severely contaminated with Legionella,.a sound and effective preventive and premonitory mechanism must be established to monitor its dynamic changes.
