河北邯郸市蚊类种群调查 被引量:4

Surveillance of mosquito populations in Handan City,Hebei Province

摘要 目的掌握邯郸市蚊类种群构成和季节消长,为制定有效的防治措施提供科学依据。方法诱蚊灯法。2007年5~10月,2008年5~10月,每月调查2次,从日落20min后开始,连续诱捕6h,对诱捕成蚊分类鉴定。结果共发现1科4属5种蚊种,淡色库蚊现为全市的主要优势种,2007、2008年蚊虫全年密度消长均呈单峰型变化,在7~8月为活动的高峰期。不同的生境类型蚊种构成比不尽相同,居民区、公园和医院是以淡色库蚊为优势种,农户和牛棚则以三带喙库蚊为主。在5种不同的生境类型中,牛棚和居民区蚊数量明显高于其它场所。结论通过两年的调查,基本摸清邯郸市蚊类的种群构成及季节消长等情况。搞好媒介生物控制工作的关键是根据当地的自然环境和媒介生物的特点,采取综合防制措施,控制蚊密度。 Objective To monitor the species and increase/decrease of mosquito populations in Handan City. Methods Light trap was used to catch mosquitoes form May to October in 2007~2008 ,two times a month 20 minutes afte sunset. The moquitoes captured were identified an anlayzed. Results There 5 species of mosquitoes in 4 genera of one family were identified. Culex pipiens pallens was the predominant species. There was one density peak in 2007 and 2008 . The highest density was appeared from July to August. Culex pipiens paUens was the predominant species in residential areas,parks and hospitals. Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the predominant in the livestock sheds and farmer houses. The number of mosquitoes in livestock sheds and farmer houses was higher than other places. Conclusion Through survey,the information of mosquito populations has been understood and effective and integrated control measures be adopted.
