肾综合症出血热肝脏损害138例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF HEPATIC DAMAGE OF HFRS

为了减少对肾综合症出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）的误诊误治，达到早诊断、早治疗，总结了我院１９９０～１９９３年６月ＨＦＲＳ４８８例，其中并发肝脏损害１３８例（２８．３％）。本文阐明了ＨＦＲＳ并发肝损害的临床特征及预后。ＨＦＲＳ是以发热、出血、肾损三大主征为主的急性病毒性传染病。由于多脏器的广泛损害，出现错综复杂的病理改变。

To decrease misdiagnosing and miscuring HFRS,then diagnose and cure it earlier,We summarize 488 cases of HFRS from 1990 to 1993.in our hospital,and 138 cases (28.3%) complicate hepatic damage.The artical illustrates the clinical feature and prognosis of hepatic damage of HFRS.HFRS is an acute virulence infections disease with three major symptoms:fever,bleeding and nephric damage.Because of many organs extensive damage,complicated pathophysiological change appears,and it will cause each kind of severe complication.
