护理实习生日常生活问题解决能力调查分析 被引量:19

Social problem-solving abilities among nursing trainees:a survey study

摘要 目的了解护理实习生日常生活问题解决的能力和存在的缺陷,为制订针对性培训计划提供依据。方法采用简化中文版日常生活问题解决调查表(C-SPSI)对上海市603名即将毕业的护理实习生进行问卷调查。结果护理实习生日常生活问题解决能力中的负性问题定向、理性问题解决、正性问题定向、回避风格、冲动/疏忽风格得分分别为13.22±4.13、15.73±4.08、16.39±4.23、13.86±5.25、10.73±2.93;影响护理实习生日常生活问题解决能力的主要因素有就读学校、学历、生源地,临床实习过程中有无学习困难、实习困难,专业态度,有无接受过自主学习、小组学习、评判性思维训练,对临床教学的满意度等(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理实习生日常生活问题解决能力不高,自主学习、小组合作学习、评判性思维培训和专业情感教育有助于提高其问题解决能力;及时评估护理实习生实习中是否感觉到困难并给予针对性的帮助有助于改进其问题解决的不足。 Objective To investigate the social problem-solving abilities and deficits among nursing trainees, and to provide reference for nursing instructors. Methods Totally. 603 nursing students in Shanghai were surveyed by filling out the abbreviated Chinese Version of the Social Problem-Solving Inventory (C-SPSI). Results Nursing trainees' negative problem orientation, rational problem solving, positive problem orientation, avoidance style, impulsivity/carelessness style of C-SPSI scored 13.22 ± 4.13,15.73 ± 4.08, 16.39±4.23,13.86 ± 5.25, 10.73 ± 2.93 respectively. The social problem-solving ability of nursing trainees was influenced by school, educational backgrounds, place of birth, self-perceived difficulties in learning or practice, professional attitude, self-directed learning experience, group learning experience, critical thinking training experience, and students' satisfaction with clinical teaching (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion The social problem-solving ability of nursing students is not optimistic. Providing training of self-directed learning, group learning and critical thinking, and strengthening emotional education of profession for nursing students can contribute to improving their problem-solving ability, meanwhile evaluating nursing students' difficulties in clinical practice timely can help to reduce problem-solving deficiencies.
