摘要
主要讨论提高图像信息资源建设中的主体信息素质、完善数字图像信息资源的配置和宏观管理、挖掘数字图像信息资源在应用中的潜力、数字图像信息资源应用中的法律问题、加强数字图像信息资源管理中的道德建设等几点具体对策、建议,并针对数字图像信息资源开发、应用、管理过程存在的优点和不足,提出了对数字图像信息资源建设的一些见解,期望对促进数字图像信息资源利用提供参考。
This paper discussed some considerations and suggestions of digital image information resources to improve the quality of their users, to improve the related resource allocation and macromanagement, and to mine the potential applications of the resources. The paper also offered the measures and solutions to enhance the legal and moral construction. The several concrete countermeasures proposed or recommended may have certain significance to promote better and deep application of digital information resources of images in our country.
