摘要
通过面的梳理,对OA和数字出版从服务内容、经济机制、版权政策等方面进行比较,两者之间的互动特征和互动机制日渐明晰,均为对方带来了新的思路和发展机会。考虑到这种互动关系所带来的影响,笔者从学术、技术以及政策和制度上等方面入手析出OA与数字出版存在的契合点和相互渗透性。
Combing the surface of open access and digital publishing ,comparing to the content of service, economic mechanism, copyright policies , the interaction characteristics and the interaction mechanism are increasing between the open access and digital publishing, it has brought new ideas and development opportunities. Thinking of the effects, the author analyzes the match point and the mutual permeability of open access and digital publishing from academic, technical, and policy and so on.
