User Satisfaction for Digital Resources

摘要 针对数字资源用户满意度的评价问题,结合ACSI模型与数字资源评价影响因素构建数字资源用户满意度评价指标体系,将三角模糊法、用户背景特征分析以及模糊综合评价法应用于数字资源满意度的测度。通过研究,可以得到用户对数字资源的满意度情况以及各项指标的重要程度,以期达到可以为图书馆提高数字资源建设和信息服务的目的。 This paper establishes evaluation system of user satisfaction for digital resources combine ACSI model and the impact factors of digital resources evaluation. The triangular fuzzy method, the background characteristics of users and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to digital resources user satisfaction. Through studies we can get the user satisfaction for digital resources and the importance of the indicators, and hope to improve the digital resource development and information service for library.
