摘要
以高校图书馆用户为样本(N=531),通过问卷调查,运用探索性因素分析(N=258)和验证性因素分析(N=273)的方法,构建了高校图书馆馆藏资源用户满意度评价模型,并在此基础上开发了相应的量表。结果发现,基于用户满意度的高校图书馆馆藏资源适合从纸质资源、数字资源、借阅环境和网络信息服务四个方面进行评价,所开发的量表具有较好的信度和效度。
This article constructed a model of university library resources evaluation based on user satisfaction and developed Corresponding scale in a sample of 531 university library users. Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis ,including exploratory factor analysis with 258 samples and confirmatory factor analysis with 273 samples, were used. The results showed that the model comprised four factors which are printed resources, digital resources, lending environment and network and information services, and the scale had good reliability and validity.
