图书馆知识产权管理现状的实证调查与对策

The Empirical Investigation and Countermeasures of the Status Quo of the Intellectual Property Rights Management in Libraries

对高校、公共、科研三大系统的134个图书馆进行知识产权管理现状的问卷调查,统计数据显示:大多数图书馆都重视知识产权对图书馆的影响,部分单位还拥有自主的知识产权,有些单位缺乏明确的知识产权相关制度,并有一定的知识产权问题及障碍。据此,要重视知识产权培训,重视知识产权在图书馆具体实践中的贯彻,重视图书馆之间的合作,争取立法上的发言权。

This paper selects 134 libraries from university, public and scientific libraries to survey the management of intellectual property rights. Based on statistics, it shows that most libraries pay great attention to the impact of intellectual property rights on libraries. Some have independent intellectual property rights, some are in the absence of clear and related system of intellectual property rights, and some have the intellectual property rights issues and obstacles. Accordingly, attention should be paid to the training of intellectual property rights, the implementation of intellectual property rights in the concrete practice, the cooperation between libraries, and the voice in the legislation.
