摘要
目的对某炼钢企业液面控制系统放射职业危害进行评价。方法采用现场调查、环境监测、个体剂量监测、放射工作人员健康状况评价等相结合的方法对该企业的放射职业危害情况进行综合评价。结果企业有放射防护安全组织机构,制定了相关的管理制度和意外情况下的应急预案;具备较完善的放射防护措施,各种工作状态下工作场所及周围环境监测、个体剂量监测结果符合相关标准的要求;放射工作人员的健康状况良好。结论放射源的使用符合放射实践正当性原则;采取的放射安全防护措施在正常运行情况下能有效地控制职业病危害;应急准备工作基本能保证在事故情况下有效控制事态发展;但在制度建设及贯彻实施方面还存在一些问题,需要加以改进。
[ Objective] To evaluate the occupational hazard of radiation in molten steel surface control system in a steel enterprise. [ Methods] Combination of field investigation, environmental monitoring, individual radiation exposure monitoring and worker "s health status evaluation was adopted to evaluate the radiation occupational hazards in the enterprise comprehensively. [ Results ] The enterprise had set up special organization and formulated regulatory regime and emergency preplan for radiation protection and safety, and it had complete protective devices. The monitoring results of workplace and surrounding environment met the standard of the related criteria. The health status of the radiation exposed workers was fine. [ Conclusion ] The usage of radioactive source is in line with the legitimacy principle of radiating practice. The protective measures it has taken can effectively control the radiating hazard. However, the regulatory regime needs to be improved in terms of construction and implementation.
