摘要
目的建立离子色谱法测定红葡萄酒中甜蜜素含量的分析方法。方法采用C18小柱净化,IonPacAS17-C柱分离和电导检测器测定,外标法定量。结果线性范围:0.025~1g/kg,相关系数0.9999,样品加标平均回收率为97.7%~102.3%,RSD为1.9%~3.1%,检出限3mg/kg。结论该方法简便、快速,适合红葡萄酒中甜蜜素含量的测定。
[ Objective] To establish the cyclamate content analysis method in red wine by Ion Chromatography (IC). [ Methods] The sodium cyclamate was purified with C18 cartridge. The separation was carried out on IonPac AS 17-C column. External standard method was used. [ Results] The linear range was 0.025 - 1 g/kg; correlation coefficient r = 0.9999; the average recovery of standard addition was daring 97.7% - 102.3% ; RSD was 1. 9% ~ 3.1%, the detection limit was 3 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, fast, and suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate in red wine.
