摘要
目的了解深圳市预包装食用植物油质量,为制定管理措施提供依据。方法在深圳市全市范围内,抽取200份样品,按照食用植物油标准中规定的检测项目及方法,对13项卫生指标和转基因成分进行检测。结果200份样品所检测的13项卫生指标全部合格,60份样品检测转基因成分,有38份样品检出含有转基因成分,检出率为63%,共有18份样品被判定为标识不合格。结论深圳市市售预包装食用植物油卫生质量良好,但转基因成分标识不合格情况严重。
[ Objective ] To understand the quality of prepackaged edible plant oil in Shenzhen City, and provide evidence for developing control measures. [ Methods] A total of 200 specimens were sampled in Shenzhen citywide. 13 healthy indexes and transgenic ingredients were detected according to test items and methods of edible vegetable oil standard. [ Results] All test indexes of 200 samples were qualified. Of 60 samples which detected for transgenic ingredients, 38 were detected transgenic ingredients, the detection rate was 63%, 18 samples markers were judged unqualified. [ Conclusion] The quality of prepackaged edible plant oil in sale of Shenzhen city is fine, but the situation of unqualified markers of transgenic ingredients is serious.
