Investigation on Influenza Prevention and Control Knowledge

目的了解上海郊县学生流行性感冒(下称流感)防治知晓程度、健康行为形成情况以及知识获得途径。分析现行学校健康教育及家庭对学生流感防治的影响,为进一步进行流感防治及健康教育提供科学依据。方法随机整群抽取郊县2所中学初一和初二2个年级的554名学生作为调查对象,采用自行编制问卷进行现场调查,对所得结果进行统计分析。结果郊县学生对流感及相关防治知识有一定了解和掌握,但不够全面和具体;如对流感的病原体知晓率只有34.48%,流感疫苗知识知晓率也较低(59.03%),家长在流感防治知识的传授方面有所欠缺(家长所知的只有16.25%);受学生欢迎的健康教育方式为广播电视(46.21%)。结论学校需提高重视程度,进行更全面具体的防治知识传授;健康知识传播普及方式有待拓展;媒体对健康防病知识的宣传普及方式较受学生青睐;家长有必要加强防病知识的学习并指导学生形成良好的个人卫生习惯。

[ Objective] To understand the knowledge awareness, health behavior and knowledge-acquisition approach of influenza prevention among students in suburbs of Shanghai, to analyze the influence of the existing school health education and family on students, and provide scientific evidence for health education and health promotion. [ Methods] Totally 554 students of Junior 1 and junior 2 were randomly sampled as research subjects and investigated by self-made questionnaire. The results were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] The students in suburbs had a certain understanding of influenza prevention, but not sufiqciently comprehensive and specific. For example, the awareness rate of influenza pathogens and vaccine was only 34.48% and 59.03% , respectively. Parents were lack of the education of influenza prevention（ the awareness rate was only 16.25% ） ; Radio and television （46.21%） were well received by students as media for health education. [ Conclusion ] The schools should pay more attention to give comprehensive health education on influenza prevention. The ways of obtaining knowledge about influenza for students should be expanded. Mass media is more popular than other intervention measures in imparting knowledge of influenza prevention. Parents should do more work to help students leam knowledge about influenza and form personal hygiene habits.
