福州市提高肺结核发现工作方法的探讨

Improvement in Increasing Tuberculosis Case Detection in Fuzhou City

目的探讨加强组织管理对肺结核病例发现工作的效果。方法福州市采取落实立法管理、加强行政干预、利用综合医院发现网、健全专科医院和结核病防治机构职责及主动发现等方面的组织管理措施。结果涂阳肺结核新登记率从2002年的23.8/10万提高到2008年的42.2/10万,平均治愈率达87.8%。结论加强组织管理使该市肺结核病例发现工作有明显改善,提高了结核病控制工作的整体效果。

[ Objective] To explore the effect of strengthening organization and management on tuberculosis （ TB ） case detection. [ Methods ] Implementation of legislative management, strengthening administrative interventions, utilization of case-finding network in general hospital, responsibility improvement in specialist hospitals and TB prevention and control institutions were adopted in Fuzhou City. [Results] The registration rate of new smear positive cases raised from 23.8/100 000 in 2002 to 40.6/100 000 in 2006, the average cure rate was 87.8%. [ Conclusion] It is effective to increase TB case detection and to improve TB control through organization and management.
