摘要
目的探讨血小板活化因子(CD62P)与类风湿性关节炎(RA)及其活动性的关系。方法比较RA活动组、缓解组和正常对照组CD62P表达阳性率的变化。结果RA活动组CD62P表达阳性率比RA缓解组和正常照组均显著增高(P<0.05)。结论RA患者CD62P表达增高与疾病活动有关;CD62P高表达可能是RA患者好发心血管疾病的原因之一。
[ Objective] To investigate the platelet-activating factor（CD62P） and rheumatoid arthritis （RA} and its active relationship. [ Methods] CD62P positive rate changes in RA activity group, remission group and normal control group were compare. [ Restilts]The expression positive rate of CD62P in RA activity group was significantly higher than that of the RA remission group and normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] CD62P expression in RA patients with increased levels relates disease activity ; CD62P expression of high levels may be one of the reasons for risk of cardiovascular disease for RA patients.
