Nursing of Patients with Double Outlet of Right Ventricle after Orthotherapy

目的总结15例右室双出口患者矫治术后护理情况。方法术后严密监测循环功能变化,合理应用正性肌力药物,防治低心排综合征;对合并肺动脉高压的患者,术后持续监测肺动脉压力,积极防治肺高压危象;术后加强呼吸道管理,防治肺部并发症。结果经积极治疗和护理本组患者除2例死亡外,其余13例均恢复良好治愈出院。结论经过精心护理,降低术后并发症是提高手术成功率和降低死亡率的关键。

[ Objective ] To summarize the nursing of patients with double outlet of right ventricle （ DORV ） after orthotherapy. [ Methods] Closely monitoring of the changes in circulatory function was performed, positive inotropic drugs was rationally used, low cardiac output syndrome was prevented. Postoperative continuous monitoring of pulmonary artery pressure and a positive control of pulnmnary hypertension crisis were performed on DORV patients with pulmonary hypertension. Postoperative management of respiratory tract was strengthened to control pulmonary complications. [ Results] After active treatment and care for patients of this group, except for 2 death cases, the remaining 13 patients were discharged from hospital with good recovery. [ Conclusion] Careful nursing and reducing of postoperative complications were the key to improve the successful rate of surgery and reduce the mortality.
