摘要
本文以日本快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠(SAM-P/8)为实验动物,采用“醒脑开窍”针法进行实验治疗,观察血浆及心肌一氧化氮(NO)的变化,并探讨了针刺作用的意义。提示,与正常老化的SAM-R/1小鼠相比,SAM-P/8在2、8月龄时,血浆NO含量均明显降低(P<0.01),而心肌NO没有明显变化(P>0.05);针刺治疗后,SAM-P/8血浆NO含量升至正常水平。这可能是“醒脑开窍”针法能够改善SAM-P/8痴呆状态的重要机制之一。
This study observed the plasma and myocardium NO changes in SAM-P/8 and the effects of 'Xingnao Kaiqiao' acupuncture method. The results showed that the plasma NO level decreased in 2 and 8 month-old SAM-P/8 compared with that of the same month old naturing aging control SAM-R/ 1(P <0. 01 ). There were no significant differences of myocardium NO between the two substrain mice. After acupuncture treatment, the plasma NO content increased to normal level in SAM-P/8. Influencing the content of NO might be one of the major mechanisms that 'Xingnao Kaiqiao' ameliorates dementia.
