摘要
对自分离的6株菌种的木质素降解酶的产生能力和生活力进行比较,以模式菌种黄孢原毛平革菌5.776为对照,对其中2株较优菌种对麦草的降解效果进行了试验研究,确定一株新的哈慈木霉为高效木质素酶产生菌,该菌具有快速生长繁殖能力和快产高产木质素降解酶的能力,是理想的木质素酶产生菌。
Six strains of wood-rot fungi were collected and purified. Their ability to produce lignin-degradation enzymes and viability were compared. Two strains which have more powerful ability to produce lignin- modifying enzymes and rapid mycelium growth rate were chosen. Controlled with model strain Phanerochaete chrysosporium 5.776, their ability to degrade lignin in wheat straw were detected. A new strain of Trichoderma harzianum was determined as a high effective lignin-modifying enzymes producer. It can be an ideal strain for enzymes production.
