摘要
利用JMP和Box-Behnken响应曲面设计(RSM)研究了增殖因子对猕猴桃酒酵母WF25增殖作用的影响。研究结果表明:葡萄糖、(NH4)2HPO4、VB1、VB2和泛酸对猕猴桃酒酵母WF25细胞的增殖均有极显著的影响,MgSO4有显著的影响。当葡萄糖、(NH4)2HPO4、MgSO4、VB1、VB2和泛酸添加量分别为8.39、0.53、0.07、1.75、0.60mg/L和0.57mL/L,生物量的预测值可达3.01785×108cfu/mL。
The effects of proliferated role by fertile were studied. The result of JMP and Box-Behnken response surface methodology(RSM) indicated: glucose, (NH4)2HPO4, VB1, VB1 and pantothenic acid have very significant influence, MgSO4 has significant influence. Optimum fertile medium formula of cell proliferation is glucose 8.39 g/L, (NH4)2HPO4 0.53 g/L, MgSO4 0.07 g/L, VB1 1.75 mg/L, VB2 0.60 mg/L, pantothenic acid 0.57 mL/L, the prediction value of biomass reach to 3.01785×10^8 cfu/mL.
