摘要
黄酮类化合物是人体必需的天然营养素,狭叶荨麻东北资源丰富,没有被开发利用。其富含黄酮类化合物,通过对其不同浸提温度、不同浸提时间、不同乙醇浓度、不同料液比等单因素的浸提效果进行比较分析,确定了从狭叶荨麻中提取黄酮的最佳单因素水平。再通过正交实验,确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇质量分数30%、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间5h、料液比1∶30,确定提取级数为2次,提取率达95%以上。
The best level of the factors including extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration and the ratio of weight of the dry leaf powder to volume of solvent(w/v) were determined in extraction of flavone Urtica angustifolia Fisch.ex Hornemann from. The optimal processing techniques found through orthogonal experiment was that the dry leaf powder was soaked with 30% of ethanol at 1:30 of (w/v) for 5 hours at 80 ℃, in which 95 per cent of the total flavone in the leaves would be extracted after two times.
