摘要
主要研究碱提法与盐提法对瓜蒌籽粗蛋白质的提取工艺。结果表明:通过实验,当碱提取条件为:碱液浓度2%、固液比1∶20、提取温度70℃、提取时间60min时,蛋白质得率最高。
Purpose to extract the crude protein of seed of snakegourd fruit by the best condition of alkali and salt. The result are: the concentration of the lye is 2%, the ratio of solid and fluid is 1:20, the temperature is 70℃, the time is 60 min, the ratio of protein content is tiptop.
