摘要
在005mol/L硫酸底液中,用碳糊电极吸附伏安法测定酚磺乙胺,阳极峰电位为055V(vs.SCE),峰电位与酚磺乙胺的浓度在10×10-7~10×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。该法检测下限为50×10-8mol/L,回收范围为950%~1055%,相对标准偏差为30%(n=12)。对酚磺乙胺注射液用本法进行了测定,获得满意结果。本文对反应机理进行了初步探讨,酚磺乙胺在碳糊电极上是一个两电子。
Ethamsylate is determined by adsorptive voltammetry using a carbon paste electrode in a base solution of 0 05 mol/L H 2SO 4.The peak potential of anod is 0 55 V(vs.SCE).There is a good linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of ethamsylate in the range of 1 0×10 -7 ~1 0×10 -4 mol/L. The detection limit of the method is 5 0×10 -8 mol/L. The recovery is 95 0 % ~ 105 5 %, and the relative standard deviation is 3 0 % (n=12).The ethamsylate injections have been determined with good results by this method. The possible reaction mechanism is discussed.The electrode reaction of ethamsylate is irreversible process with two electrons and two protons on the carbon paste electrode.
