Traffic Info-Terms Problems of Interchanges of By-Pass Expressway

针对绕城高速公路驾驶人对有效交通信息的需求,解决绕城高速公路上、下路难,及有效提高绕城高速公路立交通行能力、安全性,分析绕城高速公路路网、交通流及互通立交特性,提出在绕城高速公路功能定位的基础上,依据多级多类交通语言设计理念,配套使用交通语言效益分析和养护管理,研究绕城高速公路立交的交通语言对策。

Aiming at the drivers＇ demand to the effective traffic information, going up or getting off the by-pass expressway are difficultly soluted, the interchange＇s traveling capability and the security of the by-pass expressway are effectively enhanced. The by-pass expressway＇s network, the traffic flow and the interchange characteristics are analyzed. It＇s proposed that based on the foundation of the by-pass expressway＇s function localization and the multistage and many kind of traffic info-terms design idea, the traffic info-terms＇ benefit-analysis and the maintenance management are used necessarily, then the traffic info-terms countermeasures of the by-pass expressway interchanges are studied.
