摘要
首先对ATB-25混合料的组成结构进行了分析,提出了主骨架和亚骨架的分界线,提出了关键筛孔通过率,并用贝雷法对ATB-25混合料的级配进行了分析研究,提出了ATB-25级配贝雷法参数范围;对大马歇尔击实法和旋转压实成型方法对ATB-25混合料体积指标的影响进行了研究,最终推荐使用大马歇尔法进行ATB-25混合料的设计。同时对ATB-25和AC-25混合料的路用性能进行了对比分析。
In this paper, composition structure for ATB-25 mixtures is analyzed. Demarcation line for main skeleton and mild skeleton is presented, the percentage passing of the critical sieves is proposed. Bailey method is applied to study gradation of ATB mixtures. Parameter scopes for Bailey method are also listed. The effect for different molding methods（big Marshell method and Gyratory compacting method） on ATB mixtures design is compared. Finally, big Marshell method is recommended. At the same time,road performances of ATB-25 mixture and AC-25 mixture are contrastively analyzed.
