摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以01%磷酸水溶液—乙腈—三乙胺(435∶65∶02)为流动相,以水杨酸为内标,测定血浆中诺氟沙星的浓度。该方法可使诺氟沙星、内标物以及血浆成分间达到良好分离。该方法操作简便、重现性好,平均回收率达到979%,最小检测浓度为50ng/mL。
A rapid specific and sensitive HPLC method for the determination of norfloxacin in plasma was developed.The mobile phase was 0.1 % phosphoric acid-acetonitrile-triethylamine(435∶65∶0 2).The plasma sample was prepared with methanol after addition of salicylic acid as the internal standard.Detection wavelength was 278 nm.The lowest detectable concentration of norfloxacin was 50 μg/L.The average recovery was 97 9 %.The method can be used in TDM.
