摘要
网络发表论文是网络时代的新事物和科技发展的必然趋势。网络论文是与学术网站和纯电子期刊连在一起的。学术网站实行网络论文质量控制具有重要意义,借鉴国外学术网站质量控制的成功经验,文章尝试提出开放同行评议和公众评论相结合的办法,来运用于"中国科技论文在线"的实际。
Papers published via internet is an innovation in the age of internet and an inevitable trend of the development of S＆T. Paper published online is related to the academic website and electronic--only journal periodical. It is very important to implement the quality control on the paper published online. Based on the successful experiences from the foreign academic website in quality control, the paper tentatively puts forwaords a solution of implementing both open peer review and public commentary for Sciencepaper Online.
