本文是有关冲突性话语的语用学研究概述。首先讨论冲突性话语的定义及其正面性与反面性等主要特征;然后在国内外学者相关成果的基础上,总结冲突性话语术语的多样性并回顾其研究视角的多样性,以揭示该语言现象在使用中的复杂性;最后,作者提出了有关冲突性话语的探索范围与主要议题。

This paper is a survey of the pragmatic studies about conflict talk in interaction. It first introduces the definition of conflict talk and some of its distinguishing features; after a comprehensive survey of relevant literature the multiplicity of its terminology and the research perspectives are then discussed, so as to show its complexity in use. Finally, the author proposes some potential topics and scopes for further exploration of conflict talk from a pragmatic perspective.
