摘要
目的与方法:通过建立缺锌、常锌大鼠模型,应用形态学手段结合组化技术和图像分析方法,对大鼠肠道粘膜粘液的产生、粘液蛋白质含量和粘液层厚度作定性、定量研究,结果:1.缺锌(Zinc-Deficiency,ZD)组第4周末和第7周末血浆、红细胞膜和肠组织的锌含量明显低于正常(Zinc-Normal,ZN)组。2.第4周末ZD组杯状细胞计数及其平均面积和平均直径均显著低于ZN组(P<0.05);3.第4周末和第7周末ZD组粘液层厚度显著大于ZN组(P<0.05);4.第4周末和第7周末ZD组肠粘液蛋白含量显著低于ZN组(P<0.01)。结论:缺锌可使粘液产生、粘液层厚度改变,粘液蛋白质含量减少,粘液成分及其性质发生改变,从而引起大鼠肠道粘膜粘液屏障的功能削弱。
The effects of dietary zinc deficiency (ZD) and zinc normal (ZN) on mucosa barrier and its mechanisms were studied in rats.The results were: 1.The zinc content in plasma,RBC membrane and small intestine was respectively lower in ZD group at the end of 4 and 7 weeks (P<0.05). 2.The number of goblet cells and its mean area and diameter were significantly lower in ZD group at the end of 4 weeks (P<0.05). 3.The mucus layer was significantly thicker in ZD group at the end of 4 and 7 weeks (P<0.05). 4.As compared with ZN group,the content of mucus protein was significantly lower in ZD group at the end of 4 and 7 weeks (P<0.01).It showed that ZD can change the mucus components and secretion,alter the thickness of mucus layer, and decrease the content of mucus protein. All of these changes result in weakening the barrier function and reducing the defence ability of intestinal mucosa.
