心血安冲剂治疗扩张型心肌病临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Xin-xue-an Granule on Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的:观察心血安冲剂治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组予常规西药加中药制剂心血安冲剂,对照组使用常规西药加心血安冲剂模拟剂。结果:中医证候总积分和部分具体症状积分、6min步行试验、生存质量量表计分较对照组疗后有显著性差异(P<0.01),心血安冲剂能提高扩张型心肌病患者运动耐受量和生活质量,缓解症状。中医证候临床疗效与对照组疗后比较无显著性差异,但组内比较治疗前后有很大改善。在治疗过程中治疗组几乎无不良反应,综合疗效优于对照组。结论:心血安冲剂联合西药较单纯西药治疗扩张型心肌病能够起到增效减毒的作用,提高心脏功能,明显改善中医证候,提高患者生活质量,预防猝死的发生。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Xin -xue -an Granule on dilated cardiomy- opathy. Method： 60 cases with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The cases in treatment group were given to the conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medi- cine of Xin - xue - an Granule, and the ones in control group were done to conventional western medicine and simulating agent of Xin -xue -an Granule. Result： After treatment there were significant differences between treatment group and control group on TCM total syndrome score and some of the specific symptom score, 6 minute walking test, and life quality scale points （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Xin - xue - an Granule could improve the movement tolerance quantity and life quality of the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, and relieve the symptoms. But there was no significant difference on TCM clinical efficacy between the groups after treatment, however a significant improvement showed in the group compared with before treatment. During the course of treatment, there was almost no adverse reaction in treatment group, and integrated curative effect was better than control group. Conclusion： Xin - xue - an Granule combined with western medicine can play a more better synergistic effect and attenuation on dilated cardiomyopathy than only western medicine. And it can improve heart function, TCM syndrome and life quality of patients, and prevent the occurrence of sudden death.
