摘要
方法:用25、50、100mg/kg白魔芋精粉(AAP)对S180、EAC、Heps和U14四瘤株进行了动物移植性肿瘤的抑瘤试验。结果:AAP对S180、EAC、Heps和U14的抑瘤率分别为59.74%、54.02%、52.79%和40.86%。AAP能显著增强荷瘤小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,与对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01),T淋巴细胞转化能力也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。
The antitumor and immunoenhancement activity in neoplasm bearing mice of Amorphophallus albus,a refined powder(AAP)product from amorphophallus albus tuber was studied.The inhibitory rates of AAP(25mg/kg,ig)on S 180 ,EAC,Heps,U 14 were 57.94%, 54.02%, 52.22%, 40.86% respectively.Compared with the control,the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage and the T lymphocyte proliferation of EAC bearing mice treated with AAP were increased significantly(P<0.01).The tumor number and weight of concomitant tumor immunity test groups were decreased greatly(P<0.01).It suggested that AAP could augment cellullar immune action and inhibit tumor growth in neoplasm bearing mice.
