摘要
建立了初步的汽车悬架系统集成CAD模块,在UG环境下进行典型悬架(双横臂悬架、麦弗逊悬架、空间五连杆悬架)主要部件的快速参数化设计。为了对悬架进行CAE、系统运动学与动力学分析,通过悬架系统集成CAD模块和ADAMS/CAR软件平台建立了双横臂独立前悬架系统仿真模型。仿真试验结果证明了该集成系统平台的有效性。
A primary integration CAD module was built for the car suspension system, and the fast parametrized designs of main components of the typical suspensions including the double wishbone suspension, McPherson suspension, and 3-D five-link suspension,were done in the UG environment. A simulation model was built for an independent pront suspension with double wishbones by means of the suspension system integration CAD module and the ADAMS/CAR software platform to perform the CAE, kinematic and dynamic anlyses of the suspension system. The simulation results showed that the system integration platform is feasible and effective.
