摘要
针对大型综合自动测试设备(IATE)的计量保障问题,提出一种动态计量方法。通过改进传统的系统辨识方法,设计计量系统的内部溯源链,建立了动态计量模型;开发了基于LabWindows/CVI和VC++混合编程的自动计量软件平台,实现了某型军用IATE的动态自主计量保障。
A dynamic measurement method was proposed to resolve the calibration problem of a large- scale integrated automatic test equipment (IATE). A dynamic measurement model was built by improving the traditional system identification method and designing an internal traceable chain. A software platform for the automatic measurement with mixed programing was developed based on the Lab Windows /CVI and VC+ +, and the self-reliant dyanmic measurement was guaranteed for a military IATE.
