摘要
在建立不伴气道阻力增加的大鼠支气管肺嗜酸粒细胞增多模型的基础上,探索了抗体吸入对其气道阻力变化的影响。结果显示抗大鼠SIgA、IgA、IgG抗体能在体内显著增加支气管肺嗜酸粒细胞增多大鼠的气道阻力(P=0.0000,P=0.0317,P=0.0000),而抗大鼠IgE抗体不能在体内增加支气管肺嗜酸粒细胞增多大鼠的气道阻力(P=1.0000)。提示抗大鼠SIgA、IgA、IgG抗体可能在体内介导嗜酸细胞脱颗粒。
Based on the model of Sephadex induced massive pulmonary eosinophilia without hyperreactivity to acetylcholine in SD rats,we investigated that whether antibodies to induce eosinophil degranulation in vivo or not.Our results suggested that pulmonary resistance significantly increased in SD rats with massive pulmonary eosinophilia after the inspiration of anti rat SIgA、IgA and IgG( P =0.0000, P =0.0317, P =0.0000),but the inspiration of anti rat IgE had no significant effect on pulmonary resistance in rats with massive pulmonary eosinophilia( P =1.0000).Our results suggested that anti rat SIgA、IgA or IgG antibodies may induce asthma attack by media ting eosinophil degranulation in vivo.
