摘要
目的观察比较经辐照氟银处理脐动脉的抑菌效果,用于制备小口径血管移植材料。方法脐动脉随机分为3组:冷冻脐动脉组(A组)、冻干辐照脐动脉组(B组)、辐照氟银脐动脉组(C组);对辐照氟银组脐动脉进行含银量测量、细菌培养及抑菌实验并与其他组进行比较。结果A、B、C各组细菌培养7d均无细菌生长;C组辐照氟银脐动脉随机取10段,用原子吸收分光光度计测量银离子(Ag^+),含量为(352.4±21.0)μg/g;A、B、C组脐动脉抑菌环大小表明,辐照氟银C组不论是对标准菌株还是临床菌株的抑菌效果明显强于冻干辐照组和冷冻组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论辐照氟银脐动脉具有抗菌作用,可用来预防脐动脉作为小口径血管材料的移植后感染。
Objective To abserve the bacteriostatic effect of irradiated human umbilical arteries incorporated with nofloxacin and silver. Methods Human umbilical arteries were randomly divided into three groups: deepen-frozen human umbilical arteries group (group A), lyophilize-irradiated human umbilical arteries group (group B ), and irradiated human umbilical arteries incorporated with nofloxacin and silver group (group C ). They are assayed with bacterium culture and inhibiting bacteria in vitro, and Ag^+ level was detected in the group C. Results Ag^+ level was (352.4±21.1)μg/g in the group C, and no bacterial growth was found in groupA, B, C. By contrast, the group C effectively inhibited the growth of bacteria (P〈0.01). Conclusion Conclusion Irradiated human umbilical arteries incorporated with nofloxacin and silver shows good bacteriostatic effect, and can be used preventing infection after umbilical artery as a graft vessel.
