丁胱亚磺酰亚胺对脑胶质细胞瘤GSH作用的研究

摘要 目的研究巯基修饰剂了胱亚磺酰亚胺(BSO)对脑胶质细胞瘤GSH含量的修饰作用。方法利用Tietze还原酶法观察BSO对体外培养的脑胶质细胞瘤细胞株及裸小鼠移植瘤模型脑胶质细胞瘤细胞GSH的作用。结果经BSO作用后脑胶质细胞瘤细胞株GSH含量最低为对照4.50%;实体瘤最低为6.74%。结论无论是离体还是整体用药,BSO均能降低脑胶质细胞瘤细胞的GSH含量。 To observe the effect of BSO on GSH contents of glioma cells. METHODS Use Tietze methodsto detect the effect of BSO on cultured glioma cell line SHG-44 and glioma bearing nude mouse NHG-1. RESULTSBSO deplete the GSH contents of glioma cells effectively. CONCLUSION BSO can deplete intracellular GSH ofglioma cells in vitro and vivo.
