摘要
次贷危机爆发之后,疏于风险控制被总结为危机发生的主因之一。近年来主权财富基金在全球的投资日益增长,一些主权财富基金经历过经济周期的更迭,在投资的风险控制方面积累了丰富的经验。本文主要介绍挪威主权财富基金——政府全球养老基金在投资中侧重的几个风险控制技术要点,以此对我国中投公司投资中的风险控制提出相关建议。
Risk control has become an important topic attracting much attention, especially after the breaking out of sub-prime debt crisis. Negligence of risk control has been concluded as one of the major reasons. With the increase of Global investment of Sovereign Wealth Fund （SWF） day by day, some of them underwent changes of economic cycle and had accumulated rich experiences. This paper introduces several technical points of risk control about well developed Norway SWF （Norwegian government pension fund-global）, and puts forward some suggestions to China investment corporation.
