伊曲康唑抗复发疗法治疗花斑癣的疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Itraconazole Treatment in Tinea Versicolor

目的观察伊曲康唑抗复发疗法治疗花斑癣的临床疗效。方法将52例花斑癣患者随机分为抗复发组(采用抗复发疗法)和对照组(采用短程疗法),治疗1月后每月随访观察疗效,共6月。结果治疗1月后两组真菌镜检阳性率和总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6月后抗复发组真菌镜检阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伊曲康唑抗复发疗法治疗花斑癣有效率高,复发率低。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of itraconazole anti-recurrence treatment in tinea versicolor. Methods 52 patients with tinea versicolor were randomly divided into two groups：the group with the anti-recurrence treatment and the control group with the short-timed treatment. All patients were observed monthly after first-time treatment for six months. Results There were no significant differences of both the positive rate of fungus microscopic examination and the effective rate between the two groups after one month（P 〉0.05 ）. After six months,the positive rate of fungus microscopic examination of the group with the anti-recurrence treatment was much lower than that with short-timed treatment, the effective rate of the former group was much higher than the latter. Conclusion The anti-recurrence treatment of itraconazole in Tinea versicolor can increase the effective rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
